We ship worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at the rates listed below:
Standard shipping:
UK: Free - Royal Mail
EU: £20 - DPD
US/Canada/Rest of world: £30 - DPD
Express Shipping:
UK: £5 - Royal Mail
EU: £30 - DPD
US/Canada/Rest of world: £40 - DPD
Shipping times
Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders above 1000€ may take additional 1-3 business days for the customs declaration. Once the order is processed, the estimated delivery period is as below:
Standard shipping:
UK: 2-3 business days
EU: 4-6 business days
US/Canada/Rest of world: 4-6 business days
Express Shipping:
UK: 1 business day
EU: 3-4 business days
US/Canada/Rest of world: 3-4 business days

While we strive to meet these timeframes, actual delivery may be affected by external factors such as customs inspections, local holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays. Duties & Taxes
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged.
Holiday Period
ELAS orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. During busy periods and public holidays, please allow extra time for deliveries to take place as the couriers will not guarantee transit times.
